Every seat pack, who has claimed each seat, topics completed, and the certificate number the moment it issues. Exportable, so the record leaves with you.
Compliance status, worst first
A roster of everyone trained through your seats, sorted expired first, then soonest to expire. The top of the list is your to-do list; everyone current sinks to the bottom.
English and Spanish, same price
Most courses exist in both languages, written as translations of one another rather than two products. A Spanish-speaking crew reads a Spanish course, and the certificate verifies the same way.
Certificates anyone can check
Every certificate carries a public verification number. A general contractor, an insurer or an inspector types it in and sees the holder, the course, the date and whether it is still current.
Records that hold up
Server-verified seat time, versioned course content, and integrity hashes on the training-time log. A record altered after the fact does not verify, and the content a person was taught is the content on file.

Your company dashboard opens with an invite link for the pack. Text it, email it, print it on the toolbox-talk sheet — each person who opens it takes a seat.

Watch it land
Progress and certificate numbers appear as people finish. The compliance roster tells you who is done, who is not, and when each one comes due again.
What these courses are, and are not
Migna self-paced courses issue Migna certificates of completion and are not OSHA Outreach training. Where a standard requires hands-on evaluation — forklifts, aerial lifts, respirators — the course page says so, and the employer still does that part. Where a standard requires a competent person, the employer designates them; a course supports that designation and does not make it. Every regulatory citation in every course is checked against the current CFR text on each release.
