Respiratory Protection Annual Refresher

The annual refresher required by 29 CFR 1910.134 — for workers already trained and enrolled in an employer respiratory protection program.

This is a Migna Safety Solutions course with a Migna certificate of completion. It is not OSHA Outreach Training and does not include a Department of Labor card.

This is the annual refresher for workers who have already completed full respiratory protection training and who use a respirator under their employer's written respiratory protection program. It is not a first-time course. In about 45 minutes it re-anchors the essentials OSHA expects you to keep sharp: respirator types and their limits, when air-purifying respirators are never allowed, cartridge selection and change schedules, the user seal check you perform every wear, and inspection, cleaning, and storage. Medical evaluation and fit testing are provided by your employer and are not part of this online course — this refresher covers the knowledge portion of the annual retraining required by 1910.134(k). Upon passing you receive a Migna certificate of completion for the knowledge portion.
