Construction Competent Person Bundle

For the foreman or lead who is being designated a competent person on a construction site, this bundle pairs the two most common competent-person roles: excavation & trenching (29 CFR 1926 Subpart P) and fall protection (29 CFR 1926 Subpart M). Note: no course can make someone a competent person — the employer designates that person based on training, experience, and the authority to identify hazards and stop work. These courses support that designation and each issues its own Migna certificate of completion.
